Black Hawk Down

Awwww. I freakin' love Black Hawk Down. It was on cable last night when I was doing the spectacularly tedious job of proofing yellow page ads. Watching that movie always puts things into perspective though.





Yeah so my back hurt like hell from cleaning all night and I was drowning in a sea of phone numbers and item codes. But I wasn't falling 50 feet from a helicopter or getting shot in the head. This movie is just so damn cool that way. It's got the hottest men on the planet, a kick ass and totally haunting soundtrack, and some of the best cinematography I've ever seen. I heart Black Hawk Down beyond comprehension and after watching it last night I can honestly say it's still my favorite war film to date.
